Shipping and Return Policy 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return the product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange, or store credit. To make a return: Items must be unopened and unused. Please contact us by e-mail to start an return.

 

All sales on CUSTOM CANDLES are FINAL!!!

Custom candle orders will take 24-48 hours for production and will be shipped out the following business day.

 

We CAN offer a refund if the product is damaged during shipment or delivery. Please contact us promptly by e-mail with a picture of the product in question so we can file a claim with USPS and grant you a refund.

TiTi's Candles will not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from TiTi's Candles. Each of our Wax melts/Candles also comes with a visible warning label.

 

We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
